If you prefer to sit in the shade, we have several places where you can relax and escape the sun. The palm trees in our garden provide pleasant shade while sunbathing. Ideal to relax after a busy working day, internship day, school day or in your free time at Girasol Apartments, perfect to get together with your fellow residents and get to know them.
Secure complex
At Girasol Apartments, safety is our top priority. Our private grounds are only accessible to registered tenants, who use a special keytag to gain access to the grounds. This ensures a safe and protected environment where only authorized residents can open the gate. For extra security we have carefully placed security cameras within and around the complex. These measures are intended to create a safe residential environment in which our residents can live with confidence, knowing that their well-being is our top priority.
Common meeting place
In the heart of Girasol Apartments is our cozy communal meeting place, complete with a bar, a spacious table and standing tables with bar stools. Here you can relax and enjoy a drink while having a nice chat before heading out. It is the place where housemates come together to get to know each other better and strengthen bonds. Moreover, this space offers the perfect opportunity to play games together and spend the evenings in a fun and social way. Whether you fancy a relaxing moment or a lively evening, our communal meeting place is the ideal place to relax and have fun together.
Parking spot
Girasol Apartments has secure parking behind a locked gate with a limited number of parking spaces, accessible with a special keytag. This safety measure ensures the protection of our residents and their vehicles. Although we have space for a large portion of our residents' cars, we cannot accommodate all of them. Fortunately, there is parking available on the street, both in front of and next to Girasol. Although these parking spaces do not belong to us, we do ensure optimal security with cameras and good lighting towards the street.
Communal balcony
At Girasol Apartments we have a cozy communal balcony where residents can come together, relax and enjoy various activities. This balcony is the place to sit together with fellow housemates, play games together, dine in the evening and enjoy the beautiful view. It offers a perfect opportunity to strengthen mutual bonds and share beautiful moments together. Whether you want to relax, have fun or just enjoy the outdoors, our communal balcony is the ideal space for socializing and being together with a cold breeze.
Washing machines & dryers
Girasol offers residents a laundry room as an extra service, allowing them to easily do their own laundry. This space is located centrally in the complex and to activate the machines, residents can purchase a token or laundry coin from our office. This way they can enjoy clean and fresh clothing at an affordable price.
Snack station
At Girasol we have thought about the comfort and convenience of our residents by offering our 'Snack station'. This station is a convenient facility where residents can go for a range of snacks at any time of the day. Whether you're in need of a refreshing snack, our station offers a diverse selection to meet different needs. We strive to offer a wide range, so that residents can quickly and easily choose from different delicacies, and thus make their stay at Girasol as pleasant as possible.
Office
At Girasol, the employees in our office are available five days a week: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Fridays we close at 4:00 PM. Residents can go here for rent payments, laundry tokens and all their questions. Whether it concerns administrative matters or simply information, our helpful team is always ready to assist our residents. We strive to be an accessible and hospitable office, to make your stay at Girasol as pleasant as possible.
Cleaner & handyman
At Girasol we have a dedicated handyman who tackles problems within and around our accommodation quickly and efficiently, whether it concerns a leaking tap, broken lamps or other items that need to be repaired, our handyman is ready to carry out the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently to feed. If necessary, he also takes care of the painting of the apartments. Our cleaner not only ensures a clean courtyard, but also thoroughly cleans before and after the rental period. Her efforts help maintain a clean and fresh environment for our residents to enjoy. Together with our dedicated staff, we strive to not only make Girasol comfortable and welcoming, but also to deliver the apartments in top condition!
